We've now been twice to this cottageand it really says a lot about how much we enjoy it. The location is perfectand the facilities inside are spot on. Our first visit was in summer 2023, then again in autumn 2024. The place is starting to show a bit of wear, which makes sense given how busy it is. Still, considering the high price and 5-star rating, some things like the sealant in the showers could do with a touch-up, but overall, we love it!

We stayed at Beech Cottage and really appreciated the warm welcome. The starter pack with butter, milk, breadand jam was a lovely touch. The place itself was cosy and looked after very well. Everything we needed was there, including a hot tub-though we didn't get around to trying it! We did have a couple of TV issues, but the owner sorted them out quickly, which showed he genuinely cared. The driveway was a bit tight, especially at the top, sharing with the neighbouring cottage, but overall, a nice stay!
