When we arrived, the owners greeted us with chocolates and a bottle of prosecco - such a thoughtful touch. If you fancy a good lunch, Pesto at the Peacock serves fantastic Italian tapas, about a 10-minute walk away. On the day we left, there was deep snow, but the owners went above and beyond by helping us dig out our car. Absolutely fantastic stay, we'd definitely return!

We stayed here over the weekendand honestly, it was just what we needed - a proper chill out. Victoria was lovely and even let us check in a bit earlier, which was a real bonus. The cabin warmed up quicklyand the hot tub was amazing, especially sitting in 40-degree water while it was freezing outside! The only tiny gripe is the mattress, a bit too firm for us, but overall, no complaints. It's a great spot for a quiet escapeand we'll definitely be coming back!
