We were blown away with how lovely Langley Barn was beautiful setting, so clean, beautiful interiors and facilities, etc. It did not disappoint. Myself and my family loved our stay. Nicola & Alistair were so friendly and helpful, thank you both for all your help, it was great to meet you.

Been to this place before and the fit out is of the highest quality through out, the owners have spared nothing when they designed this holiday barn conversion, I have been to many holiday homes over the years and this is the best place I have ever stayed at. The owners are lovely too living close by, and nothing is too much trouble if you need anything, a lovely touch too with some welcome bits including beers in the fridge, the place is just pure class. You wont regret choosing this place and we will certainly be going back.
This was our second stay at Langley Barn and, once again, we were not disappointed. We loved everything about it, from the wonderful welcome pack, to the amazing hot tub with fabulous open countryside views. We had a fabulous , relaxing stay in luxurious accommodation and will be booking again for next year.

What can I say? A beautiful property, situated in a quiet remote area but only a short drive to major roads and surrounding villages, towns and cities. The property has everything you need for your stay. It is very well equipped, comfortable and and a big plus that all the bedrooms had their own ensuite bathrooms. It suited all the generations in our party. The TV had access to streaming services and there was also a cupboards full of games to suit all ages. We made full use of the lovely hot tub, it was lovely sat out under the stars! The owners were really lovely and welcoming and on hand if we had any questions. Well definitely recommend this property to our family and friends and hopefully have a return visit ourselves sometime in the future.

What an absolute stunning property. They had thought of everything in the kitchen. Normally you don't have enough pans or knives etc to cook with but we had enough and more. Location was beautiful and quite a proper hide away. Hosts were lovely too

The property exceptionally wellequipped and impeccably presented. We wanted for nothing. The kitchen contained everything necessary to cater for a group of eight adults, the beds were extremely comfortable, and all home comforts were thoughtfully provided. The patio area resembled a Mediterranean resort especially when the sun shone which it did throughout the week, and we our time relaxing on the sun loungers, enjoying the jacuzzi, and making use of the BBQ. Our hosts were available if needed though we did not require their assistance and gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. We will certainly return.
Langley Barn has been finished to a very high standard. Clean modern fittings and high class fixtures throughout the premises and this standard is carried through to the outdoor area including the hottub. Friendly, helpful owners live nearby should they need to be contacted. We had a great week there and would be very happy to book there again.

By far one of the best holiday properties we have ever had! They really have thought of everything. The kitchen was especially well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans and trays etc enough to cook a full roast dinner if you so wish. Plenty of comfortable seating for everyone inside and out, and the hot tub overlooking the wheat field was large enough for 5 of us. Absolutely stunning barn perfect for a weekend away with a group of friends! No arguing over who gets the best bedroom as there are four generously sized ensuite bedrooms ! The open plan lounge and kitchen area is stunning! Possibly the most well equipped self catering property we have ever stayed in literally has everything you could ever need and then some! The owner was very friendly and welcoming very generous welcome pack! We would definitely stay here again 1010 !!

Oh my word what an amazing barn. We were met by the owner who showed us around which was helpful. The barn is a fabulous space, open plan kitchen, dining, living, great for our group, very comfortable, massive tv & we all loved the cozy media wall fireplace. The barn is very well equipped, the owners have thought of everything you might need during your stay. Beds were super comfy, crisp white bedding & the fluffiest towels. Fabulous hot tub, very private overlooking fields & we were lucky to see the Aurora Borealis. We loved it so much we booked for next year & we cant wait.
An amazing place to slay, this has to be one of the best farm houses Ive ever stayed in. The attention to detail is absolutely spot on, everything is catered for. The owners are also both amazing they met us when we got in and helped show how the different equipment operates. The welcome pack was also the best Ive seen, we felt truly spoilt. If anyone wants to find a glorious place to stay then this is the one! The surrounding areas have some lovely places to visit with true English heritage and the nearby pubs are lovely, warm and welcoming. Next time we visit Derbyshire we will be staying here again.

Great house for a large group. Spotless. Excellent communication from the owners before and during our stay. The largest TV ever. The kitchen has lots of crockery etc and lots of pans and trays. 2 ovens makes it brilliant for self catering. More trivets would be helpful when plating up.
Langley Barn was just perfect for a relaxing week away. Plenty of space for six people to spread out. The large lounge area with giant TV screen and comfy sofa made for a cosy night in when the rain was pouring down outside. During the day it was so nice to sit on the large decking areea for brunch, enjoying the stillness of the surrounding countryside, followed by a dip in the hot tub. We really didn't want to leave.

A fabulous house in a tranquil setting. There was more than enough space for 8 adults and we found plenty of things to do in the area. The property was immaculate and very well equipped with all we could possibly need. The hot tub was a welcome addition, especially after a day of cycling. The owners are just next door but we had no need to contact them.

Langley Barn is simply stunning, wonderfully completed by the owners with plenty of space for all the family. The barn has everything you need for your stay and was super clean. The garden area is completely private and spacious with a wonderful hottub complete with lights for the evening . The owners and family were very friendly and helpful during the stay. Whilst the barn is isolated we were able to enjoy many days out with main attractions reached in 30 minutes. All in all a great holiday with 3 generations of family.

What a lovely barn conversion. Seven adults stayed for a week and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Well equipped with everything you require, very spacious, clean and immaculate. Beds were very comfortable and large! Lovely hot tub with outside seating space and bbq. Friendly owners nearby if needed and was lovely to be welcomed and shown around. Would definitely recommend.

A fabulous place to stay. We had a great time and whilst the weather was not too kind we enjoyed getting out everyday as lots to do in the area. The road to the property is narrow and has fields and cowslip on both sides and you feel like you might be going the wrong way but keep going and you will see the barn.
What a beautiful barn conversion and the views are stunning. It was so nice to have an ensuite in every bedroom and a wellequipped kitchen. The welcome basket was a lovely touch and wow, that TV, what can I say? It is so often you stay at cottages listed as accommodating 8, only to find that there aren't enough chairs or space to be comfortable. Not here plenty of room for everybody. Would we go again or recommend it to others? Absolutely lovely hosts.
